Founded by two partners, Sumit Ahluwaila and Gurjyot Deol, AD Construction Group brings a vast and unique wealth of knowledge to every project. Our Journey
Overcoming Challenges. Delivering Results.
2019–2020
Ahluwalia and Deol first began their careers as general contractors in 2019 superseding another general contractor to take over and complete a 7 story commercial building. The project was inherited in complete disrepair with an astonishing 50 open violations, hundred and thousands of dollars in municipal fines, and several stop work orders. After completing the project in 2020 with a razor thin budget and urgent timeline AD Group is proud to say that today the project earns our client over $2 Million in revenue each year.
2020–2022
In late 2020 AD Group once again took over an affordable housing project in disarray with an imbalanced structure among other issues resulting in open violations and stop work orders. After working closely with engineers to rectify the project, essentially reverse engineering the structure, the group was able to lift the stop work orders and complete the project in 2022. Today our client earns upwards of 6 figures each month, families in need are provided housing, and local vendors are able to provide essential daily items and contribute to the local economy.
